Use Of Services

If you are using our services for an organization, you are agreeing to these terms on behalf of that organization. You may use our services only as permitted by applicable law.

Your Information And Permissions

When you use our services, you may provide files, content, messages, contacts, and other information. Your information remains yours. These terms do not give us rights to your information except for the limited rights that allow us to provide the services.

We need permission to host, back up, transmit, and share information when you request it. Some features, including secure portals, e-signature, file sharing, email messaging, appointment scheduling, and related tools, may require our systems or trusted service providers to access, store, and process information to perform those functions.
